Job Description
A large share of our team is early in their careers. As the Employee Relations Lead for our Noida engineering center, you will be a trusted partner to roughly 1,200 early-career engineers, helping build a positive, high-performing work environment. You will align employee aspirations with organizational goals-addressing concerns early, strengthening engagement, and improving retention. Combining empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and sound judgment, you will help our engineers grow and do their best work in a fast-paced setting. Grievance Redressal & Conflict Management
