We’re looking for an experienced ER Manager / Team Leader to head up a busy, high-performing ER function within a fast-moving environment. This isn’t a policy-heavy advisory post. It’s hands‑on, high‑volume, and commercially critical.

You’ll lead from the front, guiding your team through complex, sensitive and often high-risk cases while building capability across the wider business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of ER Advisors handling a large caseload of complex employee relations matters
• Providing expert guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and investigations
