Job Description

Responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance employee development, strengthen workplace culture, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role will focus on training coordination, competency development, and supporting change management efforcs to drive a high-performance workforce.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, analyze, plan and execute yearly training programs for all associates to improve their competencies.

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and assist in planning the annual training calendar.

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, including liasing with trainers, training logistics and managing participants list.

  • Maintain accurate training records, track training completion, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
