  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in employee relations or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have Labor Relation experience
