About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to support a positive and compliant work environment by managing employee relations matters, advising leaders on personnel issues, and ensuring the consistent application of company policies and labor procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy workplace relationships, conducting investigations, supporting performance management processes, and promoting organizational compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations and workplace matters.
  • Manage and monitor employee relations cases through the internal ticketing system.
  • Coordinate and conduct disciplinary meetings, workplace investigations, corrective actions, and termination processes.
