Job Description:
- Prepare and organize onboarding documents
- Assist with new employee orientation and contract signing
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance‑related updates
- Help employees with benefit concerns (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG)
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of documents
- Receive employee concerns and refer them to the appropriate department
- Help with planning and organizing employee activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4‑year course
- With experience as Emlployee Relations or Human Resources Generalist
- Male or Female may apply
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
- Amenable for occasional field work as necessary
