A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an Employment Attorney to join its growing employment practice in Sacramento.

This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters, work directly with experienced trial attorneys, and take ownership of meaningful cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA claims.

The firm is growing and has a strong pipeline of complex, high-value employment cases. This is not a volume-driven environment. Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to be involved in case strategy from intake through resolution.
