Employment Counsel

Our Client , a high performing alternative investment manager, is looking for an experienced mid-level employment counsel to join the team in its London Headquarters.

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role supporting a multi-jurisdictional business with a global footprint. The position sits within a lean, collaborative team and offers significant responsibility and exposure.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to senior stakeholders
• Manage grievances, investigations, disciplinaries and terminations
• Support and oversee Employment Tribunal matters
• Draft and update employment documentation and contracts
• Coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to process optimisation and legal tech initiatives
