Job Description

We are a thriving, expanding law practice with a friendly, collaborative culture. The firm has 22 staff across our Leeds and Harrogate offices, with expansion planned for 2025 and 2026.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

The role

As an employment solicitor, you will handle a wide range of employee and employer work, including dismissal and discrimination claims, settlement agreements, tribunal proceedings, pay issues, contracts, HR advice, redundancy and more. You will take full responsibility for files from start to finish, supported by a paralegal/trainee and a case management system.

Responsibilities

  • Take files from start to finish, ensuring timely outcomes.
