Employment Solicitor – Leeds – NQ to 3 Years PQE – Hybrid Working
A well-regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor or NQ to develop their career in a supportive, growing practice.

The Role:
Manage a caseload of employment matters, primarily employment claimant work.

Advise clients on settlement agreements under the supervision of a Partner.

Handle matters from initial instructions through to completion and archiving in line with firm procedures.

Liaise with clients, tribunals, and other parties to ensure high standards of client care.

Support colleagues across the Employment team as required.
Requirements:
NQ – 3 years PQE with experience in employment law, particularly claimant work.

Good knowledge of employment tribunal processes.
