Highly-regarded Employment Team is looking to expand. The role will appeal to recently qualified solicitors and applications are welcome at newly qualified level.
Responsibilities
- Engage with a diverse range of clients (large corporates, SMEs and individuals) and develop expertise across all areas of Employment Law.
- Where appropriate, manage your own cases while supporting partners on more complex and challenging matters.
- Handle typical instructions including tribunal claims (discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing); terminations and exit negotiations; strategic advice and support to HR managers; contract and policy drafting; providing training and advising on employment law changes.
- Collaborate with the Employment and Corporate teams on TUPE transactions, restructuring and redundancy instructions.
