End User Computing Engineer II - Digital Workplace Job Summary The Upbound Group is seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Workplace Engineer to join our End User Services team. This role is designed for a Microsoft Office 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) who doesn't just manage tools but solves business problems. This role will be responsible for identifying untapped potential within the M365 suite to improve the coworker's digital workplace experience using Copilot (or AI Tool s), automation, and collaboration while improving Upbound’s security posture. Interacting with coworkers in other departments is key for gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and collecting feedback.
