Pay Rate - $175/hour
Start Date: June 1st, 2023
Schedule: 4 day/week (8a to 430p)
Patients/Day: 14 to 16
Patient Population: 18+
Support Staff: 1 CMA/LPN assigned daily
Responsibilities: Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes, Insulin Resistance, Insulin pumps, Continuous glucose monitoring, Diabetes Technology, Gestational Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Parathyroid disorders, Thyroid disorders, Pituitary disorders, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
