Mid‑Level Endpoint Management Engineer
The Mid‑Level Endpoint Management Engineer supports day‑to‑day Intune operations and ensures consistent service delivery for managed devices.
What You’ll Do
- Execute daily Intune operational tasks (policy monitoring, compliance checks).
- Resolve standard endpoint incidents and service requests.
- Support device onboarding, configuration changes, and user issues.
- Assist with rollouts of new endpoint features or policies.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Maintain Security baselines (BitLocker, Secure Boot).
- Troubleshoot operational Intune issues related to enrollment, compliance, policy conflicts, or deployments.
- Have experience working within ITIL‑aligned service operations.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
