In this pivotal role, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, pushing the boundaries of engineering knowledge and advancing client-specific features. Collaborate closely with internal and external customers while troubleshooting complex issues. You will interface with design and product teams, ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge and delivering training on new products to the support organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
