Thistle Seafoods is one of the largest family owned manufacturers of quality seafood products in Europe. Our Head Office is based in Peterhead in the North-East of Scotland, and our second site based in Uddingston in the outskirts of Glasgow.

Responsibility for planned and preventative maintenance and development of PPM’s where possible.
Resolve machine breakdowns to ensure maximum line efficiency of the production process.
Assist in engineering projects to improve efficiencies.
Responsibility for ensuring current practices meet Health and Safety and Food Safety standards, and where possible that they exceed requirements.
Formal engineering qualification to at least City and Guilds level, ONC/HN...
