Job SummaryYou will manage site operations and coordinate M&E design and documentation to ensure projects meet specifications and client requirements, supporting project managers and engineers throughout all stages.
Responsibilities- Calculate BOQ and invite subcontractors for accurate cost estimation
- Source quotations and specifications from suppliers and contractors to support procurement decisions
- Collect BQ and arrange cost comparisons to optimize project budgeting
- Attend internal and external meetings to coordinate project progress and resolve issues
