Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes of customer RMA products, preparing an available failure analysis report, continuous improving production quality.


What You Will Do

  • Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes deep, widely and availably to conduct corrective actions of all assigned RMA products of customers.
  • Prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report for RMA case.
  • Statistics, review, raise improving event and solve problems based on FA view.
  • Statistics failure mode of RMA product, confirm and publish the final failure in time (FIT) cases.
  • Contribute RMA product repair information and review RMA order.

  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor or above in science and engineering
  • 3 years minimum related working experie...
