Responsibilities
- Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products that meet or exceed the requirements of the technical spec matrix: Performance, Endurance, Capacity, Functionality, and Quality/Reliability.
- Develop firmware unit and functional tests to ensure the firmware subsystem meets quality, functional, and performance requirements at each integration breakthrough in the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate consistently with management, multidisciplinary team members, and the firmware team, providing detailed and accurate information and project status updates.
- Develop and maintain collaborative, open, and constructive relationships with peers and management.
- Provide technical capability that continuously improves team involvement, morale, and efficiency.
