Resumen: This role ensures product manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and compliance with company and industry standards.The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Design Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives in cooling components and systems.
**Responsabilidades**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for refrigeration and cooling systems, including evaporators, condensers, piping, and assemblies.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to improve product manufacturability and cost efficiency in cooling products.
- Assist in new product introduction (NPI) for cooling systems, including pilot builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Develop and maintain process documentation such as work instructions, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and control plans related to cooling assemblies.
