- Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software, ensuring compliance with RTA specifications and standard work breakdown structures.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identify delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate planning activities in line with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover requirements, and integration of authority approvals (NOCs, permits, traffic diversion approvals).
- Review and assess contractors' programs, planning submissions, and method statements against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements.
