Job Description
**What you'll be doing**:
- Evaluate and improve existing production processes by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and implementing solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Design and develop new processes, equipment layouts, and workflows to support new product launches or capacity expansions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, scrap rates, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP), maintaining proper documentation and process controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
