Knowledge of   powder coating process  : Pretreatment  , curing, application methods (electrostatic spray, fluidized bed).       
Liquid painting proficiency       
Production Achievement as per Schedule       
Manpower handling       
5S & Kaizen implement       
Reduce rework & Rejections       
Cost saving        
CTC :- 3 TO 5 LPA
