Role Summary To deliver exceptional technical service, maintenance, and support for CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) and WDS (Water Detection System) infrastructure in data center environments. Ensure system reliability, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and procedural standards. Key Responsibilities: Technical Service & Maintenance: Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems. Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
