Responsibilities- Assist Operations Manager oversee the performance of Service teams within the IBC contract.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) within the premises including planning preventive and corrective maintenance works, monitor and ensure maintenance works are carried out accordingly.
- Monitor and track all maintenance/ad hoc works and their progress status.
- Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare monthly reports and prepare Annual/Monthly Maintenances Scheduled for the assigned properties.
- Provide situation/ status update to the Operations Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
