Engineer, STPG PE (FDV-Infrastructure)

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join Micron Technology Inc’s Product Engineering (PE) – Functional Design Validation (FDV) team.

In this FDV‑Infrastructure role, you will define, develop, and maintain the test program infrastructure used for functional design validation of next‑generation Replacement‑Gate (RG) NAND designs. This role focuses on building scalable, reusable, and automated test program frameworks, including AI/ML‑driven initiatives, to support both deterministic validation flows and pseudo‑random validation (RSG – Random Sequence Generator). You will play a key role in architecting the backbone of FDV test programs—enabling efficient development, execution, debug, and reuse across multiple products and technology nodes. Validation scope includes NAND datasheet commands, features, interfaces, and customer‑mode operations on silicon platforms.
