This role oversees service delivery, warranty and maintenance programs, spare parts management, and customer support to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction_alignment. The position plays a key role in driving service efficiency, profitability, and long-term businesselikelihood.  
Qualifications:  
Graduate of Engineering, preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer . 
Minimum of 10 years managerial experience  in HVAC systems, general equipment maintenance, and warranty administration . 
Strong technical background in commercial kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning equipment .
