Job Title Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Process 
Experience Required 3+ years in Manufacturing 
Responsibilities Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes 
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment 
Improve and upgrade production equipment hardware and control software 
Identify and solve process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction 
Manage equipment spare parts inventory 
Install and qualify new processes and equipment 
Support new program/model start-ups 
Ensure minimal machine downtime and product scrap 
Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and support teams 
Requirements Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production, or Chemical Processing Engineering, or 3+ years of relevant experience
