Job Description
Main Scope
Responsible for the maintenance operation and repair of all electrical mechanical and ELV systems within the hotel. Ensures optimal performance of life safety systems BMS/GRMS and full compliance with hotel standards and authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Operations
- Supervise daily engineering shift operations
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain logs, reports, inventories and technical documentation
- Inspect completed works for safety and compliance
- Estimate materials, manpower and project requirements
- Ensure adherence to emergency procedures and safety protocols
ELV & Life Safety Systems
- Oversee Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CBS, UPS, BMS and GRMS systems
- Conduct regular inspections, fire pump testing and system checks
