We have partnered with our client in their search for an Engineering Lead to drive delivery across large‑scale, enterprise technology initiatives within a banking environment.

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Lead with a strong background in microservices architecture, who can lead from the front on design and delivery. This role will focus on building scalable, high‑performance systems while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring technical best practices across the SDLC.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including architecture, product, and stakeholders, to deliver robust solutions across a complex enterprise landscape.
