Hybrid 3 days a week onsite Engineering Lead We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead  to drive the direction, scalability, and operational excellence of globally distributed engineering teams across the UK, Poland, and India. Inside IR35 . 
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Delivery Provide leadership across multi-region engineering teams (UK, Poland, India). 
Support team managers with: 
Project demand planning 
Capacity and resource management 
Delivery prioritisation and oversight 
Act as a senior escalation point for engineering and operational issues 
Ensure alignment between engineering output and business priorities 
Engineering & Platform Oversight Lead strategic upgrades and transformation initiatives, including: 
Control-M platform upgrades
