Engineering & Maintenance Technician

*About the Role* The Engineering and Maintenance Technician provides hands-on engineering support and maintenance services to support plastics materials production, performing both minor and major electrical and mechanical repairs on processing and support equipment. This role is responsible for executing a wide range of maintenance activities, addressing immediate operational and safety concerns, and performing routine and extensive preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, utility systems, processing equipment, and material handling systems. The technician actively drives root cause analysis and implements effective countermeasures for equipment and process faults, ensuring knowledge is transferred back to the manufacturing team for process improvement.
