SUMMARY:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Mechanical Design and Controls Design departments within a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing machine design and development, managing cross-functional engineering projects, supporting production and customer requirements, and leading continuous improvement and R&D initiatives to improve machine performance, efficiency, and overall product offerings.
