Engineering Manager
Direct and coordinate the activities of the engineering department to ensure the design, development, improvement, and efficient manufacturing of products, ensuring quality, functionality, optimal costs, and compliance with technical and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 
Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position within the furniture manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of Ingeniería processes, quality control, and safety standards specific to furniture manufacturing.
Responsabilities:
Lead the development of new processes in coordination with other departments.
Oversee the implementation of improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
