Position Overview

IC Markets is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Internal Core System to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of our key internal platforms. This role will be responsible for systems including Back Office, Salesforce, internal tools, operational workflows, and potentially integrations. The Engineering Manager will manage Tech Leads and engineering teams, ensuring strong technical direction, delivery ownership, system reliability, and continuous improvement across business‑critical internal platforms.

Lead engineering teams responsible for Back Office, Salesforce, internal tools, and core business systems.
