Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering and Facilities function at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled facilities professional to take ownership of a large-scale hotel operation, ensuring our property, systems, and infrastructure consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, sustainability, and asset protection.

As Engineering Manager, you will provide leadership across all aspects of engineering, facilities management, health and safety, compliance, capital projects, and energy management. Working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards while supporting business performance and long-term asset value.
