Engineering Manager (HV/MV Electrical Projects)

Responsibilities
Drive business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners in the power generation industry
Lead preparation of technical tenders and proposals for power generation projects including CCGT, steam power equipment, and electrical systems
Manage HV/MV electrical projects from contract award through commissioning, testing, and final handover to ensure timely and quality delivery
Coordinate cross-functional project execution activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify and manage risks, and support cost tracking and variation management
Facilitate technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations with customers, partners, and headquarters to align project objectives
