 Engineering Manager (Identity Team)
 
 A leading tech & data company are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role and can be based in either Peterborough or London (whichever is preferred) 10 days per month, rest from home.
 
 Tech stack within team - .NET, MongoDB, AWS SNS, AWS SNS SMS, Gitlab, React
 
 Responsibilities:
 Align team efforts with strategic objectives and setting clear goals
 Monitor team performance and encourage continuous learning
 Lead people management initiatives
 Engage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to learning foster a culture
 Be able to integrate robust security practices into the development lifecycle, managing technical debt, balancing immediate project needs with long-term system health and maintainability
