Package: £70,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

We’re working with a well-established food manufacturing business in Livingston that’s looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of the engineering function on site.
This Engineering Manager role would suit someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, building relationships with the team, and creating a positive engineering culture. You’ll be leading a team of 12, working closely with production, and helping keep the site running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
