Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Provide process documentation and operating instructions - Follow up NPI - Analyze objective, KPI and targets - Plan, manage and control human and material resources and budget in order to ensure successful projects - Foster and environment of innovation, planning development and production while reinforcing proactivity - Production process reviews to increase production and quality - Create training material for new systems - Innovate, improve and standardize current process - Create and implement ECO/ECR - Define process, machinery and equipment parameters - Propose to management development and innovation plans, as well as usage of new technologies to optimize process as well as management and operative capacity.
