Engineering Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Engineering Manager to support our multidisciplinary engineering team. The role is accountable for day‑to‑day engineering delivery. Ensuring the right people are doing the right work, at the right time, and that engineering jobs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to plan.

This role manages the Mechanical, Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical, Civil/Structural, Process Engineering teams and the Engineering Design teams. You will manage resource management, planning and prioritisation, along with providing people leadership and ensuring that output meets the requirements of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate engineers and designers across projects; balance workloads and capabilities.
• Plan work to meet project and client deadlines; sequence work for efficiency; re‑prioritise in response to operational change.
