Engineering Manager Toronto

We are seeking an Engineering Manager(Electrical) to join our client's manufacturing team in the Toronto, ON region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a cooperative and inclusive workplace.
• Provide technical guidance on systems, designs, and code reviews (Servos, VFDs, PLCs).
• Develop long-term product roadmaps and prioritize team workloads.
• Approve engineering designs, quotations, and supplier orders.
• Collaborate with project management, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and report on key project metrics, and support SRED submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation/Industrial Machinery design and project management.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
