Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
- Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
- Ensures compliance with all government requirements
- Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
- Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
- Willing to work in a commercial facility
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent
