As the **VRT Engineering Specialist – Co-Lead** , you will report to the Quality Process Engineering Manager. In this role, you will execute assignments from the manufacturing Co-Lead and collaborate with product development team members to stay apprised of emerging issues within your assigned Variability Reduction Team (VRT)

+ Support VRT (Variability Reduction Team) with statistical process control and data analysis.
+ Data analysis using big data queries and supporting all VRTs in Problem resolution.
+ Creating Dashboards to reduce defect definition time
