Overview
Engineering Student – Structural Analysis – Fall 2026. This is a 4‑month mandate (with a possibility of 8 months) starting in September 2026. Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Reporting to a senior analyst in the Structural Analysis department. Tasks will be assigned relative to the level of schooling and experience achieved to date. Responsibilities
Perform structural analyses of space antennas and electronic equipment using the finite element method under supervision. Analyses will include static, agile and thermoelastic analyses. Use commercial software or software developed at MDA to calculate the safety margins of components. Size components, identify problems and suggest modifications if necessary. Generate test procedures and structural analysis or test reports to demonstrate compliance of subsystems as required. Experience and Skills Required
