Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in areas related to the manufacturing industry).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
- Advanced level of English (ability to communicate effectively in meetings, write technical reports, and document processes clearly and precisely).
- Supervise, coordinate, and direct engineering projects within the manufacturing plant, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with the company's objectives.
- Manage continuous improvement of production processes by identifying opportunities to optimize resources, time, and costs to enhance operational efficiency.
