Engineering Technician

It is responsible for controlling and improving the processes established for manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and product inspection operations.
Manages processes with the objective of meeting specific customer requirements
- Develop work instructions for operations, rework, draws, deviations, etc.
- Uses the 8D methodology to solve problems in the areas or products under his responsibility.
- Develop cost savings optimization and continuous improvement projects.
- Balance line loads to achieve maximum process performance.
- Develop visual aids, HIV standard operating process (Visual Instruction Sheet), Parameter Approval Sheet (HAP).
- Coordinate with Quality Engineering to evaluate discrepant material.
- Develop and document failure mode analysis as well as the control plan.
- Contributes to developing the standardized work of the key operations of the process
