Overview
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future‑ready built environment for Singapore. It regulates building safety and transforms the built environment sector to deliver a safe, high‑quality, sustainable and friendly environment.
What you will be working on
You will review design and conformance to safety standards of lifts and escalators, carry out in‑depth studies, testing, verification and failure analysis on electronic hardware and software programmes related to lifts and escalators, conduct field inspections and investigations of incidents, and provide technical support to the team.
What we are looking for
- Trained in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineers Board.
- Registered/attaining registration as a professional mechanical or electrical engineer with the Professional Engineers Board is an advantage.
