English Graduate TA: Path to Teaching Training Excellence

Guardian Jobs is looking for an English Graduate to support lessons at Braintree Secondary School starting September 2026. This role prepares you for Teacher Training, offering classroom experience and mentoring.

As an English Graduate, you will assist in KS3–KS4 classes, support reading and writing interventions, and help run extracurricular activities. Ideal candidates will hold a related degree and share a passion for teaching.

This opportunity provides the groundwork for applications to PGCE or Schools Direct routes in 2027.
