Our Client
Founded in 2015, our client is a global LegalTech business and one of the pioneers in applying AI to the legal industry. With ~450 employees globally and plans to double in size this year, they have raised over $165M in funding, including a recent $75M Series C led by a major global investor. The business has grown to ~$50M ARR and is on track to reach $100M ARR by the end of the year.
Their AI platform is used by enterprise legal and commercial teams to manage the entire contract lifecycle — from contract drafting and negotiation through to risk review, compliance, and post-signature analysis. Large enterprises use the platform to manage thousands of contracts across multiple jurisdictions, reducing manual work, increasing compliance, and giving businesses visibility over legal and commercial risk.
